December 28, 2012 Werewolf Ride

14 Dec

Meet up at the Morristown Green for a 6pm roll out and we will ride up to The Cross Estate and join a full moon hike with The Great Swamp Watershed Association. You must sign up, just click here and its an easy sign in.  The group does really good work and the hikes are fun.  Donations are suggested.  The 7 mile ride will be impressively hilly and if the weather is chilly we will warm up fast.  Lights!  Brakes! awwwwwwwoooooooooooooooooo

I hope to make it but i have to know…is “impressively hilly” on par with that hilly detour we took on the brewery ride?

Yes. The route has about 4 big lumps. It is quite scenic.

Cancellations for the hike are coming in now. Email Steve at events@greatswamp.org to get in.
Dean, will the ride continue if it’s snowing? I’m assuming there will be a group ride back, after the hike, correct?

We are one adult and one very hardy 11-year-old. Count us in for the ride. Thanks.

Great! I dont expect snow, but if there is some, we will ride. Remember front & rear lights. Look forward to riding with you.

Yes, we will ride as a group back to The Green after the hike.
