Recap:

Another amazing ride was had.  As we were waiting by the clock tower, we were entertained with magic tricks and card tricks by James.  It was then kickstands up and five of us  started out on the ride. Within the first mile, we were greeted by “The Dogman”.  It was great riding with ya buddy!  The ride warmed us up nicely for our hike.  Douglas led us on another grand hike of Pyramid Mountain.  We had some spectacular views of the moon reflecting on the reservoir.  We then did some climbing and worked up a sweat.  Tripod Rock was a welcomed place to rest.  The sun had set but the moon gave us plenty of light to see where we were going.  We did not hear the peepers on this hike but instead heard the howls of coyotes in the distance.  Getting back to the visitors center, we thanked our guide for the wonderful hike and departed back to Denville.  The ride back was a little chilly but still much milder than the past few months.  We twisted each others arms to stop at Thatcher McGhee’s for a beer and some good eats.   Here are a few pics from the ride.  Til next time.
